Deliveries are kerbside only

Our standard delivery service is kerbside only. Items will be delivered to the front of your property provided there are no obstructions such as stairs, steps, or steep inclines. Couriers cannot take items inside, upstairs, or into lifts, nor unpack or remove packaging, and there is no tracking for this service.

Delivery Times & Tracking

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed as DSSE uses third-party couriers. 

For a smooth delivery, use the “Order Notes” box at checkout to let us know of any days you are unavailable (Monday–Friday) or any special requirements.

Pre-Order Dates

Pre-order arrival dates may change due to factors outside our control, and orders will ship once all items are in stock. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive order confirmations, tracking updates, and important notifications.

FREE Delivery

Our free delivery promotion applies to the initial delivery only. If any redelivery fees are incurred due to the receiver not being available to accept the delivery or not being contactable, you will be responsible for all associated charges.

All products sold by DSSE are professional equipment intended exclusively for use in commercial environments. As such, you are reminded that by proceeding with this order you are conducting this transaction on a B2B basis and not as an individual or consumer.
