Do you have a showroom?
At this present time, DSSE Europe does not have a showroom where you can view our products. We do plan to open one in the near future.
Please visit our Instagram page to view client images and see their satisfaction with all aspects of our range. We hope this gives you confidence when buying from us even though we are only online at the moment.
How long has DSSE been around?
DSSE, the brand, has been operating for the past 25 years in Australia and has since expanded to the UK and now launching into Europe.
Where is your dispatch centre located?
Our warehouse dispatch centre is located in Poland and can service all of Europe from this location.
Do prices on your website include VAT?
All prices shown on the website are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Revolut Pay, Bank Deposit and Klarna.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across most European countries. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for the full list of eligible delivery destinations and estimated transit times.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days once dispatched. Refer to our Delivery Information page for more information.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your delivery.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
DSSE offers differing warranty periods based on the item purchased. This can be from a standard 12 month warranty for smaller items, to an unbeatable 5 Year structural warranty on our higher end products like beauty furniture, medical tables and reception desks. We also offer 2 Years on all our vinyl upholstery and our electrical motors for our beauty beds.
Each item listed on our website includes the product’s warranty on offer.
How does the 30% sign up discount work?
You can easily sign up as a DSSE client by entering your email address in the registration page. Once you sign up and log in, a 30% discount will be automatically applied to all full priced items.
